MY MUSIC QUIZ END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

COPYRIGHT STATEMENT and IMPORTANCE OF READING THIS AGREEMENT
It is important that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is read
and understood fully before installation and use of
My Music Quiz software. Your agreement with the conditions detailed
below will be required before you can install and run the application.
Agreement to the terms of this license is a contractual agreement which
is legally binding.

My Music Quiz, Copyright Fishbend Ltd, 2006 - 2010.
This software is protected by Copyright and may not be copied or
distributed other than under the conditions of the agreement
detailed below. If you cannot agree with all of the conditions
detailed below then you do NOT have permission to install and
run the application. You should terminate the installation by
selecting CANCEL. If you agree with the license conditions then
you should activate the tick box indicating your agreement.
Please take the time to read the agreement before making your decision.

TRIAL LICENSE
Fishbend Ltd immediately grants you a trial license for a period
of 14 days. You are also free to distribute this trial version.
You may install and run the application until the trial
license period expires. The application will automatically
be disabled after 14 days have elapsed.

FULL LICENSE
After 14 days have elapsed, if you wish to continue to use
the software, you must purchase a full license for the software.
Full Licenses may be purchased via our web site at
www.mymusicquiz.com. It is licensed for your use only on the
condition that you agree and adhere to all terms of the
End User License Agreement

TERMS OF LICENSE AGREEMENT
This license entitles you to run the application on a
single machine. You are not permitted to make copies of the software
except for a single copy solely used for backup purposes.
This product is not for resale or hire. Ownership of the Software
and Copyright belongs to Fishbend Ltd at all time.

DISCLAIMER
Fishbend Ltd licences My Music Quiz software to you on the explicit
understanding that Fishbend Ltd will not be held liable for any
loss, directly or indirectly, due to the installation or use
of this software.

CONDITIONS
Installation and use of My Music Quiz is only possible if you tick
the AGREE box. Clicking the AGREE box is your indication and
acceptance that you have read, understood and fully agree with the
terms of the License detailed above. If you do NOT agree with the
terms then you must NOT install and run this application. You should
terminate the installation by selecting CANCEL.
